By accessing or using the VoiceTranscript service, website, and mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

VoiceTranscript ("we", "our", or "us") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and agreement to the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

VoiceTranscript provides an audio-to-text transcription service that allows users to convert spoken content into written text. The Service includes various features such as automated transcription, speaker identification, text editing, and export options.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account, or if you violate these Terms.

4. Transcription Packs and Payment

We offer various transcription minute packs for our Service. By purchasing a pack, you agree to pay the fees as described during the checkout process. We may change our prices at any time, but existing purchased packs will remain valid at their original terms.

Transcription minute packs are one-time purchases that provide you with a specific amount of transcription minutes. These minutes remain in your account indefinitely until used. Packs do not automatically renew, and you must purchase additional packs when your minutes are depleted.

5. User Content

By uploading audio files to our Service, you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload to the Service. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use and upload the content
• Your content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or other rights of any person or entity
• Your content does not contain any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VoiceTranscript and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VoiceTranscript, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kyiv, Ukraine.
